First Face Model (FFM) was founded in late 2010 by Aiste Andrijauskaite after her long experience in modeling business with well-known agency in Lithuania Baltic Model Management. Today First Face Model and Baltic Model Management has become one agency. Best First Face Model models are the part of MEN division of Baltic Model Management.

All our models are considered as a family to us and our relations is based on sincerity, trust and honesty. We keep it small and boutique to have personal management approach to each of our models.
